7/18/09 Night Switch Returns

Hi guys. It’s only been what, seven months?

My short-form web serial Night Switch returns on Tuesday, July 21st, after a seven-month absence. Long-time reader IcyStorm provided a very strong incentive to continue work on the series, so work on the series has been continued. I have written and am writing more installments and the first of these new chapters will be published this coming Tuesday. Thereafter Night Switch will be on a a schedule of two installments per week, published Tuesday and Thursday.

Unlike in the past, I will not be offering bonus chapters as a reward for commenting. I have enough on my plate (I’ll still be posting miniatures on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of every week, and I’m trying to write the next Tundra of Heroes chapter). What I will do, however, is I will continue keeping track of your bonus points (making the first comment on an installment gives you a bonus point), and I will work to open my bonus point “store” ASAP.

Ultimately, you will be able to trade your points in for such things as artwork, extra chapters, and so on. Also, if you save up enough bonus points, you’ll be able to exchange them for a spot in the cast of characters.

Anyway.

Night Switch continues on twice/week schedule, beginning Tuesday. Comments on chapters are appreciated and rewarded. The saga continues.
