9/28/08 Comment Flood, part 2

By Flak | Comments: 20

It feels like it’s been forever since I made this post about upcoming changes.

You might have noticed that there’s been a slew of “new comments” filling the sidebar. These are comments from HC chapters that I’ve been copying and pasting over to HC release notes posts. Why? Because I’m getting rid of the chapter pages! Why? Because I’m putting the chapters into the posts in a clever way. I’ve only applied these changes to the latest 10 chapters, but you can already see it all in action. Look forward to more comment flooding. Look forward to a better HC experience.

  2. this just might be the incentive that I needed to finally read HC. that is after I read the two warcraft novels I just bought, of course. (which i’ll take the pleasure of procrastinate on.)

  3. Don’t worry, I won’t be done with this for a while. It’s quite time-consuming and tedious to go through all the posts and such. Also, I have lots of other things to be doing. Two plus jobs, etc.

  6. hmmm I think I read HC just the text, without even being aware of the release notes really. To go back and read and comment on pages of release notes or not to go back and comment on pages of release notes, that is the question…
What insufferable fortune this ‘v5′ deal is turning out to be.

  7. Well, I’m not even done with this yet, so you’d want to at least wait for all of HC to be moved into posts. Also, I don’t know if you’d want to comment on all the release notes. Maybe on all the chapters? Meh.

  8. I had a really cool comment to post in response, but your site doesn’t think it’s cool, and refuses to let it be posted. Which is cool.

  9. Maybe after a couple uncool comment, it’ll stop being mean to the cool comment.

  10. Nope, still failing.

  11. Maybe it can be tricked, but only putting in a few words at a time, and then the anti-cool filter won’t realize that it’s letting a cool comment through

  12. Of course, by that point there will be no cool left in the comment.

  16. Wait… really?

    spambot — 10/3/08 @ 6:50 pm | #Link | Reply

  17. Comment on the chapters themselves?

    spambot — 10/3/08 @ 6:51 pm | #Link | Reply

  18. No…

  19. No, that’s just crazy talk.
