I don’t find much special about the character, he is quite normal, and I like it, you know what… so was Edward Norton in Fight Club.

Buddhist boss, lol. I like the comedic bits mixed in as well.

Nice beginning - you’ve got an interesting voice, and I like Joe, I feel like he’s someone who will be easily sympathised with.

He’s not intended to be very likable at the outset, no. I don’t know if I’m stuck up enough to write off all your problems with the installment on intentional characterization on my part, though.

And yeah, it’s short. Really, really short. That I can say IS 100% intentional. I’m going to see how this twice a week schedule holds up for a while, and if I’m doing as well as I am now in two or three weeks, I’ll probably up it to thrice a week. For more speediness. Woo.

Really short. Really, really short. The style seemed a bit off in this one for some reason, but it was probably just because I don’t like the main character very much. xD
